RFL Themed Photo Contest - With Prize
I'm changing the contest to a contest with a prize. Did not get much respond so i'm going to try it this way.
The prize is a 20 euro(30? dollar) voucher to spend at http://www.myphotofun.com
The company gave 10 voucher codes for the event to sell and i'm putting 1 in as a prize.
Here's the contest info as given before:
- theme should be "Celebrate, Remember and Fight Back". Or only Remember or only Celebrate...Whatever you think you can make.
- Size must be square. 512x512 preferred.
- All the entries will be shown and sold/auctioned at the event. All proceeds go to Relay For Life. After the event you are free to sell it for your own use. The rights stay with you.
- The pictures must originate from Second Life. Post processing is allowed. And have the theme mentioned above.
- The relay for life logo is not allowed for use in items that will be sold. Please leave it out if you can. If u like the logo to be in it i can't auction it, but it will get a place on the sim.
- You can send entries for the contest until midnight on the 5th of June 2008.
- I will let a group of RFL members have a look at the photos and let them decide what photo does come out best. Will post the winner on this blog before the opening of the event.

We're looking for SL photo artists to show of their work at the even.
Not sure aout the ammount of photo's one artist can show at this time. First need to see howmany will apply in total.

RFL Photo Expo by the Relay Raiders
RFL Sl Photo Expo by the Relay Raiders
From Friday June 13th until Wednesday June 25th the Relay Raiders will organise a Second Life Photo Expo. The venue will be The Cannery sim. This has kindly been donated by the people of Rezzable.
At this event great Photo Artists will show their work and we also be showing/selling Photo Art that has been specially made for Relay For Life by these great artists.
Next to this we will have Live Music, a cancer awareness section and a RFL Vendor Section. There will also be speeches about what Relay For Life/American Cancer Society is all about and more.
